If you have specific summer weight loss or fitness goals that you are trying to meet but aren't quite sure how to get there then this will bethe class for you.
The program will target strength, weight loss and overall endurance.
Each week there will be a specific combination of HIIT cardio and interval training. The beginning will start out with bodyweight exercises giving everyone their own platform to build on. As the weeks progress more equipment and challenges will come your way! No one will be left behind and everyone will be pushed to their limits.
Our staff will be able to monitor and help you set realistic goals for yourself throughout the program as well as guide you in the right direction with proper nutritional information to supplement your workout.
We will even be throwing in a bonus recovery day on Saturday where students can come stretch and breathe to get their bodies in optimal condition to start the next phase of the program.
